They were very efficient and friendly
Your employee scheduled me for an appointment over the phone after I mentioned a recall. He didn’t even confirm there was a solution so when I arrived there was no work done to my vehicle and I was sent away to return when there was one. I had to take time off work and wasted my family’s time as well since they followed me ready to shuttle me home after dropping the car off. The recall also mentioned my car could possibly catch fire and should not be driven, but this is my only vehicle and can’t afford to not drive it. I asked them what happens if it catches on fire and their response was I could sue KIA. Very unprofessional.
Made an appointment weeks ago for an oil change at 9am. They ask me if I’m gonna leave it and I said no. My vehicle wasn’t taken in till 11:40am. I wish they would have communicated they were behind cause I was expecting to wait but not half a day for a scheduled oil change. But in the future I will ask if there will be a wait even if I made an appointment.
I scheduled a service appointment for 1130 said I’ll be sitting there waiting and my car wasn’t ready until 3 PM. Only service I requested was an oil change. I normally wait two hours but a 11:30 appt and not leaving the dealership until 315 is uncalled for.
Job was completed effectively and within a short period of time

Disappointed that I had the car worked on by your service department a few months ago and they didn’t detect the problem that cause the problem with my car. I took it in because the engine light and heat light were coming on, but they missed the problem.
