Female taking reservations over phone very rude felt like I was bothering her i explained online reservations not working. Also was not kept up on the status of my vehicle only received text it was being washed had to go to service desk after seeing my vehicle being parked.

There seems to be a disconnect with the technicians in the back and the service guys in the front. I was given a call at 3:00 and I said go ahead with the work he said he would take another hour I said okay I went back 2 hours later because I never got a call and they didn't even take my car back to do the other service part so I had to wait even longer it's a very long wait when I only have one vehicle and so I had to rely on someone else to keep me busy around town until my car is done so it was a long day. I understand work can take a while but there is an extra 2 hours that the car should have been done and not sitting there because of the disconnect the technician never got the car from the parking lot to do the light socket.
