I bought my Kia vehicle brand new in 2023 from Kia of Irvine. I was hoping on getting a free complimentary oil change. I was surprised that I had to pay $130 for my first aervice.
George always has patience with me as a deaf person and makes sure I understand what's going on with my vehicles. I really appreciate that he called my warranty to see if they cover the passenger seat switch.
Friendly and knowledgeable people.
I did not like the service today because I did not feel satisfied with the feedback you guys gave me. My truck problem was not resolved.

Regarding certain recommendations and car performance before and after visit .
This is the first time I ever had a bad experience at Kia West Covina I was left waiting I think hour and a half to two hours before they let me know my car was ready. I was told they called me and left me a message on my phone. I was sitting in the lobby, but I had no messages And no missed calls. Yes I was looking at a car but I did tell the salesman that I wasn’t here to buy a car today. It was only here for service was that part of the issue I don’t know I got in at 8 o’clock I didn’t leave till one.

Every time I try to get service at this location, i have received consistent and poor service. I feel as though if you’re a woman or a woman of color, you need to avoid this place like the plague!
My first incident with them was trying to call to make a service appointment. I explained my situation and they said just go ahead and bring your car in upon arrival. I was told oh we actually needed an appointment for that. They didn’t have any availability for over over a month. After a month, I brought my car back and they said they would have an answer for me within five days. I called day five and they inform me that they had not even began to investigate my issue. I was without a car for five days and no resolution to my problem. This was incredibly inconvenient.
2nd incident
There is currently a recall on my car so I was forced to try to bring it into this location to get it fixed. I called in and I made an appointment showed up 10 minutes early. While trying to check in I had to raise my voice over the music desk playing their music.
I was told an employee that was supposed to help me would come find me after he finished with a family. The family came and went, no one came to find me. I had to again go speak with the employee with his music playing to actually get some help.
After I finally got checked in, I tried to connect to the free Wi-Fi and it was not working. I asked the young lady at the front desk. If there’s anything you can do to help me she said it was just slow. I asked her if she could test it to see what I was experiencing and she flat out, said no. I was baffled
Every every single human I’ve encountered at this dealership is rude, they don’t care about the people that are walking through their doors.

Disappointed. Again! Scheduled a 24k mile service which you ought to have known required a part. Upon retrieving the vehicle we confirm if you’ve replaced the part which you confirm you didn’t perform. When you check you don’t have the part (you never have parts! How is this possible?) and you proceed to order and charge us for. I waste so much time at this dealer and will never return. I will be going to Irvine because it’s the only Kia service center ran adequately. Get things together!
