I was pleased that your dealership could get me an appointment in a timely manner . I was denied an appointment any time in the near future by a dealership close to my home. I really appreciate the good communication from Eric and your staff. Your receptionist was very kind when I picked up my car. I was seated with my two granddaughters and she timed the tv to Tangled , a kids movie.

Tryed to sell me on engine performance oil treatment to remove carbon from engine. I called Kia Corp. They looked it up and "Stated that type of treatment is recommended if engine is using oil and vehicle must be left overnight." The vehicle only has 14700 miles. Left finger prints on hood.

Job well done, very satisfied with customer service rep Matt, only issue is my appointment was for 1:00PM yet my car wasn’t ready until 4:30 wait time way to long for an oil change. 2nd issue is excessive oil consumption need to add a quart of oil every 350 miles. Car does not smoke or leak oil.
