I was good till I just noticed that there is coolant not sure where from if it's leftover from what was done to the car but it's evident. Really had not driven the car since I picked it up. Not to mention the reservoir was not refilled after the thermostat was put in.
I waited for a little more than two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and I found out that they never rotated my tires! Just for the heck of it I put a little mark on my back rims and when I came home the markings were exactly on my back rims. This is the 2nd time that someone inside dropped the ball, I don’t know who to blame. Next step is just to try another KIA dealer.

Jose was very attentive and professional. The time spent repairing or completing the maintenance on my car was within the timeframe that he gave me and I was very pleased with that. All in all the service I think Covina Kia dealership was excellent.
Jose was not the most pleasant person to deal with. While I was waiting to be called by him I heard him having a conversation with someone on the phone and he seemed to be bothered by the whole conversation. That attitude continued with me. He just came across like he was bothered to be interacting with his customers and didn’t want to be there. This is the 2nd time that I witnessed a bad attitude from the guys at the service desk. I believe the name of the 1st guy I dealt with was Aldo.

Service department failed to review the invoice or let us know that the recall service we brought our vehicle in for was not completed. Not only did they not complete the service, they didn’t mention it to us, or try to set up a new appointment to get the recall service job done. We spent 2 hours of our day waiting for this to be completed, not to mention the driving time. Very disappointing with the lack of communication. You need to be better.
Emilo is a great person—kind and attentive—and possesses a wealth of knowledge regarding the services that Kia offers.
Car took over 2 months to get fixed. Getting information out of our service adviser about what was going on with the vehicle was extremely difficult through the process.
