Jose was great; however, this is the 2nd time I've made an appt for a Kia recall and when I arrived for the appt the recall part was not there and I have to return to get the job finished which will waste another half day. When the appt is made the part should be available or ordered so the job can be done at the scheduled appt.
Emilio is very friendly and professional he made sure i had the best customer service experience. All KIA staff are helpful and really good the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks to all KIA staff for helping me and making sure my car is in top condition.

I had an 8 am appt for an oil change and inspection. This should not take 3 hours. When I inquired at 11 am what was taking so long, I was told my vehicle was ready and that they texted me. They had not. After checking out (with no apology or explanation), I got a text (time stamped 11:18) that my car was ready. If you don’t have the staff to get an oil change out in less than an hour, don’t over-schedule. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here for service.
Your job was well done professionally like your service you take customers home and bring them back to pick up their car. After job is completed most of all I like the cappuccino suggestion you could have some Cochita’s next to the coffee there and maybe a taco aisle thank you guys.
