Efficient, friendly, kind. Very happy with my encounter. He kept track of me, updating the status of my vehicle through the entire wait. Made ne feel at home and assisted me through the entire process. Was impressed with his ability to manage several issues at one time, answering the phone, communicating with staff and walking me through explanations to assist me to make appropriate decisions.

It was a pleasure working with Eric Petez. He was professional but very courteous and nice. He was knowledgeable about the exact service provided to our vehicle. He was also informative about some of Kia's new product lines and advised us to seek additional info from the sales team. He made sure to check on us in the waiting area and made sure we were happy with our overall service. We will be sure to set our next service appointment with him.
I normally don’t send bad reports bc I know that it’s incredibly hard to do customer service. When I walked into the service room I saw all the award certificates for Michael and I was impressed thinking I would get good service. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and he told me that they would take a look on Tuesday. Once the problem was identified - covered under warranty - I asked him when the car would be done (just an ETA because I know you your are always slammed). After a full week went by I called over and over (at least 4 times) over a 2 day period asking for an update. Then my wife called and spoke with him. She asked for an update as well as putting us on the waiting list for a car loaner. By this point, it had been a couple of weeks - we have 4 kids and weve borrowed multiple cars from family and friends to make this work. He told her he would take care of that. Then a few more days passed and we kept getting sent to voicemails. Finally my wife, with great frustration, called and talked to a lady and she told us that Michael had been out sick and we were never put on a list for a car loaner. We were quite upset. We don’t plan on coming back. I had a quick better service at Kia Pomona.
