Matthew was great! Service took a long time, but at least I was able to work. The WiFi was hard to join though.
No need to contact me. The car is already repaired. It didn’t need a starter so I am quite happy that I towed it somewhere else. I will no longer visit your service department. You wasted 2 weeks of my time and cost hundreds of dollars. Sorry to seem harsh here, but that was incredibly avoidable. Tell your auto technician to check for a bad battery before you make someone pay for a started they don’t need. Or don’t. Up to you how you handle your business, but you lost mine.
I had an appointment and even though I had to wait 3 hours to have only oil change done, I asked for shuttle to take me home due to excessive Wait and was informed that service is no longer available. Service advisor was nice.

I arrived at 9:35 Saturday for a 9:40 appt was very quickly helped and given directions to Thomas.
I was given great service, called a little earlier than planned and my car was ready when I arrived.

My car was in PERFECT condition until you all asked me to come in for a recall. Ever since that and an oil change... I've leaked Oil. Had to return for that. Then I've leaked gas vapors, and have had to come back for that. Only to be told there was no leak. Yet the fumes overwhelm us at home... inside our house.
