You need more technicians. Too bad that it is hard to find people to work.
Scheduling maintenance and 3rd party insurance claims is a nightmare. Communication across departments on matters regarding clients is poor. Knowledge of all employees regarding protocols for scheduling dent and rim repair is miniscule and pathetic

The SA did not explain the reason for the long wait prior to check in; nevertheless he was quite pleasant.
Came in for the recall. Which went well. Was not happy that Honda team members had a accident with my car and another customers car. Thankful that it was scratches that could be buffed. Hoping no issues will occur in the future.
