Josh did a great job today as usual of keeping me informed of the issues and the estimated cost of repairs. All parts required were in stock which allowed by AC compressor and a new tire to be replaced before lunchtime!

Josh S. Service excellent. But, Coffee machine dispenses water, even at double straight, and asked crew for "tablet cleanup". Need maintenance minder sticker mailed to me, as it's missing from windshield. Thats how I keep track of when milage maintenance is due.

Matt is great but the reason I was there was because 3 of my lugnut caps were sheared off when I got my tires rotated the week before. I can’t believe a technician would send a car out like that. I had to drive all the way from Clermont (past Headquarter Honda) to get this taken care of.

I’ve had air conditioning problems with my Honda CRV for about a year. That’s a problem with the part and not any human agent. But more recently I’ve had trouble getting the problem resolved. I don’t want to hurt anyone, and yet I have three suggestions for improving service over the experience that I recently had: 1) be much more clear about the work that is to be done, based on a previous visit; 2) communicate more clearly what the cost will be on the next visit; and 3) be very clear on how long the customer will have to remain in the waiting area. I think that if those areas are addressed and strengthened, everything will work out for Matthew, who is a very nice and well meaning guy. Please look out for him, because he has real promise. Finally, I think Honda should consider looking into possible design flaws in the air conditioning unit used in my 2018 CRV. It is strange that it began to fail only 2.5 years into service. I asked that my wind shield blades be replaced along with the other service I request and it was not done. Also I called to get an update on the service of my car because I had not received an update call. A young lady said the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived a short time later Matthew was out to lunch. I feel that he should have called me before he went to lunch. I have always received updates about my service and never had to call. My appointment was 11:40. I dropped the car off at 11:15. I called for an update at 1:15 because I had not heard from Matthew.
