Matt is the best service guy for your company. I’ve been to Honda on 436 and will never go back because there service guy was not formative like Matt. My car was at the shop for two weeks and Matt always kept me informed. Back order issues. Thank you,

Josh was extremely helpful in making sure corrections were taken care of from the last visit. I was upset because the last time I was there the technician did not replace all of the plugs and three were not tightened, one missing. However, Josh was able to put my mind at ease. I was greeted I promptly and courteously when I arrived for my appointment . My technician Josh did the same. My service time at the dealership was timely and the entire experience was professional in all aspects. The problem with my car was taken care of.

Thomas, the guy who checked me in @ 8:15am told me I would be out in less than an hour. I noticed, as I was waiting, he said that almost every person he checked in. 90 minutes later, he looked at me and said, "you still here? it shouldn't be much longer" At the 2 hr mark he told me they were just starting on my car. So, I went into Justin's office - the manager - and asked him why it took them 2 hr's to get started on my car. 45 minutes later my car was done. Justin was as nice as he could be - gave me a coupon book I may use. For service, I live between 2 dealers so either one will work for me as far as ease of access. I made sure Justin understood that. I told Thomas that he had most likely cost his business, all of my business. He looked at me with a confused look and asked why. When I said because of you, I have wasted half of my day, he shrugged like - oh well.

Thomas the service gentleman was not friendly. He knew we needed the car back for my daughter to get to work. Yet when she dropped it off at 10am, he told her two hours. Af 4pm still not done. We informed him if we could wait until the following week we could. He said no we can do it in a few hours. He should be 100% truthful on how long a job would take. He used the pandemic as an excuse, short staffed and the car needs to be cool when they worked on it. We would have understood it would take ALL day. Daughter had to be at work at 5pm. He tells me a little after 4 it would be done by 5. I who would deliver her car to her at work? He flat out said we don’t deliver cars. I asked to speak to a manger. He refused to transfer me. Said he would have Justin call me back. Very shortly Justin called me back. I explained the situation. Justin delivered my daughters car to her at her work. Justin went above and beyond to make the situation better. Thomas basically told me my daughter lied and didn’t tell him she had to go to work. Yet I know she did. I told him the same thing when we first went on Saturday to get the car fixed. Didn’t have to part. Had to order it. Thomas needs to be retrained the correct way to inform a customer how long a service will take. Again, thank you to Justin for being how amazing to rectify Thomas’s screw up.
