Matt was a very nice young man, but did not meet my expectation. I made appt a week ago for a specific issue. After two hours of waiting I was told you didn’t have the part.
When I asked to confirm the costs for the different services, I was given 3-4 different prices. There was a lot of confusion going on. Maybe because it was so early in the morning. My invoice is so confusing and I have no idea what I paid for. Obviously you have made some changes since the last time I was there.
I wish I had asked for them to replace my right side reading light in the car. It’s been broken for two years. But I just thought the bulb was so expensive!
Greg was great at explaining the service I needed. Upfront about it. He is my go to service advisor now.

gave me a ridiculous price when trying to cash me out, i stated that wasn’t correct & presented me with two other prices. when questioning it he could not state how the total came out adding in other amounts for “services”. i will not be coming back to classic honda after coming here for over two years now.
I got there at 4min before the Service department open and was there for 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change and key programming. This was WITH an appointment. On top of that I was told I needed an alignment and I just had one three weeks ago. I was emailed the specs for proof. The service guy was extremely dry. He rarely made eye contact when I was speaking to him. I just didn’t like it there. Definitely my absolute last visit.
