Was told service would take 3 1/2 hours and it took 4 1/2 without any updates unless I went up to ask
I was completely satisfied with the way Matthew Hidalgo managed my service and I thank him for keeping me updated on the diagnosis and being straightforward about the results.
I am not happy however with the result where the cost to repair my car ($3,700) is far too expensive. Honda's reputation has always been reliability and durability. For the part (ability to raise/lower the driver's car seat) to inexplicably break and then be so costly to repair is too much for me to accept. My car is a 2017 model and has always been kept in top condition. This experience will result in a significant loss of its market value when I trade it in. Therefore, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER ANY HONDA AGAIN!!!
Josh provides great guest service. He treats each customer with respect. Josh is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is a good leader and a helpful resource for his peers You know your day will go better if Josh is there to help you with your car's issues. He is patient, hard working, and acts on each customer's questions and concerns. Josh is a great role model and does an outstanding job. You are very fortunate to have him in your organization.
Josh always takes care of me when I come in for service. I will not take my car to any other place than Classic Honda, and Joshua.
Nick was professional and friendly, delivering on his promise to get my car serviced as quickly as possible.

Reason: Although Matthew is very courteous during conversations, it seems that answering the business phone takes priority over continuing to help the customer in front of him.
This delayed the closing / payment transaction.
AFTER starting my exit paperwork, Matthew answered the business phone. After many minutes of waiting with no end in sight, I asked Matthew if someone else could finish the paperwork. He asked another employee, who took over immediately and was very efficient.
Suggestion: Hire another person to answer the phone to allow reps to work with the customers who are there.
FIVE STARS TO THE MECHANIC WHO DID THE SERVICE! AND the employee (Tracey?) who finished the paperwork transaction.

Andro was very thorough in taking the time to explain the services l was receiving. He took the time to show me how to look up information when my car needed servicing. I also received text messages as services were being performed and when my car was finished, Andro took the time to call me. He was polite and pleasant.

The service agent was great but, I was upset to find my "new tires are 4 years old" per the date code on the tires.
