I’ve been coming to classic Honda since the 90s and have purchased 4 cars from Mo and have always used your service department. Everyone seemed fine during my visit but it’s definitely not the Classic Honda service department of the past. This is the first time that I left the dealership not confident about the service provided to me. I waited three hours just to be told the technician could not find any leaks but somehow my car was losing Freon so they refilled it and I left. I plan on going to another Honda service department to get a second look because the vehicle is still under warranty.

The service was estimated at 1.5 hrs. I ended up staying there for an additional 1.5 hrs. The service staff should be privy to the fact that I have protection and simply changed my filters and battery. I just find that ridiculous that they wouldn't have access to such information.
