Horrible experience. He said he doesnt want to work there anymore. Grant him his wish. He should not be in customer service. I left at least 3 messages a day - no response. No texts. Nothing written on details page in computer so nobody could tell me the status of my car. 9:20 am appt and the car didnt get looked at for 3 hrs. So i got to watch Thomas work for 3 hrs. He left finished car keys on his desk for over an hour before processing them out. How do i know this - because both those women were sitting there waiting with me. Worst experience ever
The dealership seemed so gloomy and depressed. Just there for an oil change but have never felt so unwelcomed and just another customer in the way. Nothing wrong with service at all.

This place is a joke !!! Service here is terrible, I came in for my tires to get check out and they stated there was nothing wrong with my tires. I left and went to another dealership and guess what they found out my tires were bad. I will be calling corporate and let them know. Also I have the paper were they stated wasn’t nothing wrong with them. If I ever want to upgrade my vehicle definitely wouldn’t be back here. My oil change and everything else will be now service at the Semoran location.
Josh is excellent. He has been servicing our cars for nearly 10 years. He is our servic man????

Nick was wonderful! However, my car has barely 4.000 miles on it. It was in yesterday and today two lights are lit in the dash. This is a brand new car.!How is this possible? I plan on bringing it in tomorrow. I am moving to West Virginia tomorrow night! I want this resolved before I leave the state. I hope this is able to happen tomorrow. Thank you. Keith G
