last time I was there I pay $146.00 I was told by one of your associate that my condensor was not covered under warranty he told me my condensor is not working it need to be replaced ,the repair was gonna be around $1000 I decided not to do it I took my car to get the condensor replace somewhere else so I came back today to get the Ac fluid and the guy ask me what's wrong and I told him why he checked the warranty and he told me the condensor was covered why I have someone else touch my car .I explain him that the guy never mention anything about warranty last time I was there ,he told me if i still have the old one bring it or take a picture and send it to Honda so I can get reimburse .first off your own associate already gave me the wrong info how come u want mw to do all these non sense for . I recommend you guys to retrain your associate how to take care of their customers and also give them the right information instead of cofusion....
I was there twice to get an A/c fix and pay 246 and my Ac still not working..

Leaving the dealership, a tire low pressure light illuminated. Cold tire pressure was 34, 31, 32 and 25. I balanced tire pressure on all 4. I brought the car in to make sure everything was inspected before my daughter leaves town with it. If you can’t even check tire pressure during a rotation, what else did you not inspect?
Whatever what happens I should satisfy because Honda it's my heart and favorite car
My service rep Matthew who I dealt with, wasn’t necessarily great at multitasking my service concerns in regards to keeping me updated on when my car was ready . I had to walk outside after having came to my appointment on time for oil change and tires alignment, my vehicle had already been placed back at the service parking area. And when I asked him about it he stated “ oh I’m not sure I’ve been busy.” Moreover in addition to some other issues I had with him ! Him trying to discount my issue I brought to his attention regarding my driver side door hinge making a popping sound when opening and closing the door.
