Break job wasn't done correctly the first time requiring me to return today to have the issue resolved. Service advisor was helpful but the extra trip, gas and tolls to resolve the vibration during breaking was disappointing.

My oil change took over 2 hours despite me having an appointment. The service advisor tried to sell me more services without showing me the standard red/yellow/green inspection form. I never received it even at checkout. My car wasn’t ready when the advisor said it was. He couldn’t have been less thoughtful or apologetic for the seriously delayed service. He said I was due for an alignment… when I’ve had one in the past they showed me a printout from the thing you drive over. That wasn’t even provided to me. Horrible service, will not be back. Why he treated poorly when there are several other Honda dealers in town that aren’t rude and apathetic.

No!! Furst I was told it would be 2 hours to do the replacement part.. I was there 4 hours! No one communicated with me about anything! Then when I do get my car back it was a hot mess trash all over in my car.. So dirty I had to have my car washed & thoroughly cleaned which cost me $150. Sorry wont be back there..
