He gave me back my vehicle when it wasn’t 100%. Whoever worked on the vehicle didn’t properly put back the splash shield and when I drove off within 10 mins I had to make a u-turn to fix it. Once I came back he saw me and didn’t attend to me which is fine. The mechanic took the car to fix the problem. Again I was assured it was good and fine but it wasn’t cause when I reached to Kissimmee it started to drag once more. I called and everything was fine to come back in it was until Josh called me back. I didn’t appreciate his attitude or the fact he tried to blame everyone else for something that wasn’t broken before I came in today. All I did was come in for an oil change and whatever was in on the warranty. If the splash shield was broken when I brought it in common sense wise Josh should of notified me and put it on the RO. But he didn’t because it wasn’t dragging prior. The car was fine when I brought it in. I just needed an oil change. This shouldn’t even be this complicated. In the future I’m not going back to Josh because of his rude attitude and how he handled this situation.

I was told that it would take 2-3 hours, but it was more. Also, the front was under staffed so I had to stand there waiting for my keys that sat on the desk for 5 minutes. Two men help one man fix a key, while another man and I waited to be heard.

When I called to make the appointment for my A/C They told me the price of $130 plus tax was including the prognostic and Freon for the A/C which is wasn’t!! Too much money just for a prognostic.. I waited twos hours just for that!

I know you all are short on staff but Josh should be a bit more welcoming. Matthew wasn't available when I showed up. Nor did he tell Matthew where I would be. I don't know how long my car was ready. But no one came and got me. Josh is not Honda friendly.
