I told the service person I had a discount card Honda dealer send me for oil change. Couldn’t found it. But he never try to speak to a manager to see what he could don fore me as a regular customer at that Honda dealer from 2016.

I made an appointment to get three items fixed on my car, all under warranty. The woman helping set the appointment was helpful and thorough. She even checked to make sure the new visor was in stock since that item had been known about on a prior visit. However, when I came to my appointment I was informed it was to diagnose the three problems, not to fix them. It was very frustrating to take time off work, and drive an hour total just to wait around to diagnose things that were fairly simple to order parts for and fix! There is no time estimate on when the parts will be available. Why did I fit this appointment in my heavy schedule if nothing can be done quickly to fix my car?!?

The courtesy driver when transporting the vehicle should not alter air conditioning controls which was turned up to maximum or any other controls. Other than that my service with Joshua was excellent.
