Maybe he was having an off morning, but I did not a good experience. Normally I have an good experience,even with me knowing ill be there for a 1hr. This time I was there almost 2hrs and nothing was communicated to me, until I spoke with the manager. Normally I get a Complimentary car wash, and nothing was given but a 2hr wait. I was not good. But I do understand we all have off days.

Just so you know the chairs in the waiting area need to be either cleaned or replaced. They stink! I don't know tthe last time anyone looked at them or cleaned them. Someone should though.
