I was at Classic Honda 3 weeks ago & spent over $1000.00. I was at Classic Honda today & spent $605.00. Josh did a great job. I just hope I don’t have to go back any time soon.

Every single time I go there, I ask the person making the appointment if they will have a loaner for me (since I already know the issue will take longer than a day), and they say yes. The very first thing I get asked (even before verifying any notes on my account) is if I have someone picking me up. That’s to me is unacceptable. It’s always a struggle to get me out of there (either in my car or on a loaner) in an efficient manner. This past time they were supposed to have a loaner ready for me (after the lady who made the appointment said they would), when I get there they tell me loaners are not guaranteed and that the person who handles contracts for loaners doesn’t get there until 2 hours later! I waited 2.5 hrs to get my loaner. Secondly, when they call me back to give me the summary of what’s wrong with my car, they immediately tell me you’re out of warranty and it’s going to be $150+. I tell the gentleman that I bought CPO plus extended warranty that I shouldn’t be paying a dollar. He pushes back and says they already looked that up and Honda says I have to pay part of the repair. I push back and he says he’ll check with manager again. He calls within 30 mins and says ok you won’t have to pay it’s covered under your extended warranty. Although the outcome was good since my warranty covered, why not be diligent and verify that my warranty covers before even calling me and arguing with me? It almost seems like they try to take advantage of people and see if they can squeeze a few dollar out of someone who doesn’t push back on warranty…extremely frustrating. Lastly, they always promise they’ll call me back with update on car status. It literally never happens, never. I have to keep chasing the rep down and calling to get statuses of my car, after days (weeks) of having my car there. I completely get the staff shortages due to holidays and covid, but guys, get your act together and make some effort to coordinate between scheduling team and service team to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience. Most of all, set the right expectations to clients and be responsive/responsible to follow up diligently. I am sorry to leave this bad feedback but iba had numerous terrible experiences at this dealer, all within 10 months of owning my CPO Pilot.

Although I had an appointment he informed me there would be a 2 to 3 hour delay. I said I needed to leave as I had a doctor's appointment in 2 hours. He said wait here. After a few minutes he returned and had arranged for my replacement to be installed immediately. You need more employees like Mathew.
