Review customer documentation. It is a contradiction and inaccurate. AC is a closed system therefore if there is low coolant, there is a leak. I went in to get part under warranty and manager refused to replace it. I spent 2 plus hours waiting and basically they put a bandaid on the problem. The AC works but it is a matter of time before the coolant leaks and I’m back to square one without AC. The condenser is under extended warranty and Josh said the compressor was not working and said over 200.00 to repair and gave estimated time to repair. Of course the compressor won’t work if there’s NO coolant ( from a leak) Also, a faulty condenser ( under warranty) will cause the compressor to fail. I asked to speak to the manager who had less customer service skills than the service person. I also called my dealership in NY and a local one and told them the issue and they could not understand why they were not replacing the part. The result: I left with a leak they can’t find and a we are sorry for the inconvenience free car wash ticket and a headache for having anxiety over something that was an easy fix. Other things that they suggested or wrote on the paper work… tire tread etc… I just got new tires and they had less than 1000 miles. Good job trying to upsale me. If the part under warranty wasn’t I bet I would have been told I need a condenser and compressor. Point is I am aggravated more than a free car wash AND I don’t TRUST your dealership. Next…
He verified that the message about my software update was in fact due because my car had an auto update I wasn't aware of.

I did NOT get $5 off for booking online per your website. Also-- I came in for the B- 1 & 3 code. He wanted to change coolant & change transmission fluid etc.. WHAT???!!! DONT UPSELL ME EVER!! When my car needs coolant it will code and tell me. Also, Until THIS VISIT, Honda topped off fluids for free during the free inspection. If your not gonna do this then dont waste your time - or mine - with the free inspection. C'Mon Honda --- Dont lose a 30 plus year customer!!!!!!!!!! Get it together !!!!!!!!!
