Made an appointment for 7:00 and arrived at 7:00 am. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. Then waited two hours plus, for an oil change. What's the point of making an early appointment?

Maria was awesome she did her job she was super sweet but the issue we had was with the manager of the service department he was rude very very rude he didn’t talk to me he talked down on me , there was damage to the loaner car and I called Maria to notify her about it told her I’d pay for the damages, when I got to the dealership he stormed out with the nastiest look on his face sucking his teeth looking at me sideways. Demanded my insurance deductible collected on the spot hadn’t even spoken to my insurance yet and he demands the deductible payment kept pushing and asking if I knew what it was to pay him. He has absolutely no type of customer service whatsoever the way he treated me and spoke to was disrespectful.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Richard Rodriguez. He was upfront, honest, and patient throughout the entire process. He clearly communicated what could and couldn’t be done and followed through-something I unfortunately didn’t experience with most others I dealt with.
I also want to thank Carlos, the sales manager, for returning my call and being professional. Rick and Carlos were the only two people at the dealership who were reliable and followed up as promised.
Unfortunately, my original salesperson made commitments- like replacing a tire- that were never fulfilled, and she eventually stopped responding. This was especially disappointing considering I purchased two vehicles from her and was given business cards offering discounts that were not honored during my second purchase. I accept being told ‘no’ and I appreciate honesty, it is always better to be honest and deal with initial discomfort and disappointment rather than lead someone on. The salesperson completely ignored the situation with the water inside the car. She had the AUDACITY to approach me while I was picking the car up after repairs- no apology but lame excuses. I’m not sure if it’s me and the ick from someone avoiding accountability, but that was insulting and disrespectful.
While I’m happy with the service work completed- the carpet replacement and the clogged drain repair- the lack of follow-through from the sales side left me frustrated.
Rick and Carlos stood out for their integrity and professionalism. I truly appreciate their help.
