Did not make sense to me why it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I had the appointment pre-scheduled. Also, they took another half hour to do a complimentary car wash that I did not request. Very disappointed with the service.

Employees especially the financial employee call Lee is so rude and nonchalant. They don’t want to answer clients questions and it seems like no one knows what they are doing. The worst experience ever this is my fourth time financing a car I have never had so a bad experience.
