I was left at the mall with no way back, I had to walk back. I got there a few minutes after 6pm and Rick was no where to be found, No one came to help me. I was given my keys and my car wasn't pulled around.

Working with Pierre was great. No issues there. However the HVAC issue I went in for was not successfully repaired. By time I got back home I realized the issue was not only still a problem but it was actually worse. I’ll be returning at some point to try to solve the issue.
