Car was not ready at time told. 1st time given was ‘about 20-25 minutes of extra time told. Then when I questioned again, she it was READY and sent someone to get it. After 5-7 minutes I asked again. Again she said it was ready and she would go get it. She came back without car and went directly into an office and ignored me for 1-2 minutes. Finally I said I wanted my car right now. And caused a fuss. A worker from the back came out and told me it was still on the lift. I exploded then. Caused a fit. Even though this is the closest location, I don’t think I’ll be back. Horrible service timing and people lying

Unprofessional and disrespectful. A simple repair turned into a drawn-out mess. My service rep, Makayla Howard, took time off without telling me—leaving me with no updates and no backup contact. Zero communication, zero urgency, zero accountability.
