Hello, I would like to clarify that I am willing to continue servicing my vehicle at this Honda location. However, due to my recent experience, I respectfully request not to work with Pierre ****going forward. During my visit related to the fuel pump recall, I received conflicting information regarding the cause of a gasoline odor and was repeatedly advised that the issue was unrelated to the fuel pump and that I would need to pay diagnostic fees. The final repair confirmed that a damaged clamp O-ring related to the fuel pump replacement was the cause of the issue. This contradiction, along with the overall communication, made me uncomfortable. I respectfully request not to work with Pierre ****going forward.

There were some points in the inspection report which I did not agree upon. I talked to Maria about it and she solved the problem based on Win-Win deal. She also gave me easy to understand explanation about all works applied to my car. I will stick with her for all Honda cars I have and I will have. Good Jon, Maria.
