Brittney did an amazing job super helpful and kept me informed throught the wait. I would only be interested in trading if I could get into a vehicle with no down payment and same monthly payment. Other than this scenario I would not want to trade since I just got into this vehicle

I was not scheduled with Brittnie the day I took my vehicle in, but was lucky enough that she showed up when she did. I previously had a very pleasant experience with her, and this was no different. She went above and beyond to help get me the vehicle serviced when my sales rep was not around. She was very thorough and provided many updates along the way. I never felt like I was just waiting and nothing was happening. Even having to leave the vehicle overnight unexpectedly, she was able to make that a pleasant and convenient experience. Thank you so much!

Pierre was very professional. On another note, encountering your rollover call service was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a call service. I made two calls and they were both a disaster. If I was not loyal to Easy Honda I would have gone to another dealership for service. I suggest someone from management pose as a customer to experience the call for yourself. Completely unacceptable.

Although the service department was very busy. It would have been helpful To have an estimate of wait time. I arrived at 11:00 and finally finished 3:50…no word until I was ready to sign and do. That wait was unacceptable
