Makayla was great but prices are crazy. Gillman Honda charges around $150 for an A12 service. It’s $320 over here so yeah never coming back ????
Service was greatly done. Since this was my first maintenance service after purchase, I wasn’t sure how it’d go. But Ms Leana was great at directing me to the right place and gave me assurance that everything would be taken care of, which they did. She was professional and kind to help me out throughout. I will be back for my next service in Honda for sure

Makayla was great throughout the entire process. She greeted me with a smile, she was very polite, and was ready to help. Makayla had me in and out in a timely manner. Makayla is my go to advisor from here on out.
I asked for complimentary car wash but it was not done and I had to request it when agent handed over the keys.
My car odometer shows reading in kilometers but the order form was showing km reading in miles.
Brittnie was the most helpful service member I’ve ever worked with. Not only was she super communicative, she checked my previous services to make sure I wasn’t getting any services I didn’t need. She was able to get my car in and out in great timing and getting a loaner through her also made my life so much easier. I’ve recommended all of my friends and colleagues to see her for any of their service needs.
Luis Flores has been a wonderful service adviser. He assisted me with my Honda Pilot above what I even expected, even working with my home service advisor at Patty Peck Honda and provided a loaner while services where being performed to aid me in my medical needs and other personals. He is a very valuable employee. Thank you Luis Flores.
I haven't had my vehicle a month and it's squeaking. Not sure if it's struts and not to mention the sunroof.

Richard was very pleasant and explained the possibility of the SW upgrade taking up-to four hours. I was impressed by Rick’s professionalism, his recommendations at the end, and having someone check the wiper fluid. I was thrilled by his pleasant manner despite many clients in his queue this morning! Way to go Rick!
