Brittnie kept me well-informed of the status of my car and the mechanic’s recommendations. When the repairs and maintenance were completed almost two hours ahead of schedule, Brittnie asked if I want her to have the time of my Uber ride moved up, which enabled me to take care of a number of errands this afternoon. I was very pleased it’s Brittnie’s professionalism and genuine concern for the customer.
