I been with Honda since year 2000 till 2025, CRV are my favorite car ,2025 is my fourth CRV and I purchased at the same dealership,the rest of my family belongs to HONDA too. Por parte de la Sra María Miranda, siempre toda su atención ha sido excelente.. no tengo nada que cuestionar. Lamentablemente no puedo decir lo mismo de la persona que hizo el servicio de mi carro. Primero me envió en el reporte de servicio una foto de un filtro de aire que no pertenecia a mi carro... Lo sé porque mi filtro tenía unas marcas de un liquido que yo le había aplicado y este no las tenía, además de que estaba con un nivel de suciedad que no tiene el mío.. aún lo acabo de revisar hoy y evidentemente no lo es. Puedo entender que se sugiera el cambio, lo que no estoy deacuerdo es que utilicen maneras que no son verdaderas. Además dejó los guantes de latex sucios que uso, dentro del carro y por último no colocó el sticker del servicio que siempre colocan con la información de la fecha o cualquier otra información.
