Richard did an excellent job so I have no complaints with respect to him. However I there must have been some lack of communication from the team that inspected my car. My washer fluid is completely empty yet they did not fill it or ask if I wanted it filled. Hopefully the rest of the various fluid levels are acceptable…

I really appreciate Erik’s no nonsense attitude. It makes it easy to trust him. He got my car taken care of efficiently, by far he is always the most reliable to keep the wait time reasonable while keeping the techs work. I also really appreciate that he listened to my concerns about my tires and had them checked again.

I was really not happy at being charged a 3% fee to use a credit card. That is absolutely a money grab! Not to mention the fact that they could have told me when they called me. I would have brought my check book. I will be letting my credit card company know.
