Luis and Rudy were very professional and helpful. My only complaint is with the operator who answered the phone when I made the appointment: she said it would take 2 hours but when I dropped off the car, it was more like 4.5 hours. Other than that, all good!

El pasado Lunes 30 de Diciembre, lleve micamioneta Honda Pilot al servicio del cambio de aceite y me estoy dando cuenta hoy que dentro de todos los puntos que se revisan del vehículo no revisaron la calibración de la presión de aire de las llantas, las llantas delanteras tienen una presión de 25psi y las traseras 30psi
Debiendo llevar una presión de 35psi, lo cual quiere decir que no fueron revisadas y calibradas, la camioneta desde ese día no de ha usado,y hoy en la mañana me di cuenta porque vi las llantas delanteras bajas y revise todas y no tenían la presión correcta, les pido más atención en esto por favor.

Always offer loaner before uber ride, let the customer decide, also offer the courtesy vehicle 24/7 not just weekdays! Emergencies don’t pick certain day, it was disappointing to have to push back at this issue.

Multiple checks needed to review 4 door edge guard and finally told one of them was defective after I sent them back to check it again.
I would think someone knowledgeable would be installing on these in a brand new car and an install with warranty.

My service representative Richard Rodriguez was very friendly and accommodating. He also took the initiative to call me when the adjuster failed to show in a reasonable time. I appreciated his attention to my needs.
However the phone system throughout the process was a hinderance becuse it seemed to not be set up to reach the service reps and answering machine were always full .
I appreciate him finding a rebate for the service I needed on my vehicle, saving me at this most expensive time of the year
