Arrived around 11:00 , was not approached by a representative or greeted for about 35 minutes of sitting in my car waiting, had to walk around and ask is someone coming to assist was told they were all busy.....
Once I received notification my car was ready I returned just to wait a additional 20 minutes for a rep to even be present.
If I did not live next door to this location I would not return, there is always a issue and they move 10 x slower than any other honda dealer.
Waiting 35 minutes to even be acknowledged upon arrival is crazy.

Your dealership sold my a warranty that cover dings. Now when I tried to use to fix twisting dings, you didn't honor the warranty. Frankly, I was a loyal customer, but with your action today you lost me. Having waisted two days at the dealership, I may even consider taking legal action.
