I live in Katy and have been driving to this dealership (previously was Spring Branch Honda) for service for over a decade because of honest service advisors and reasonable prices. Unfortunately, on this recent visit I realized that neither was the case and this is the last time I will get my vehicle serviced here.
The service advisor seemed more interested in pushing services rather than discussing the options of getting the most critical and only necessary repairs done during these tough economic times.
After the initial inspection was done, I missed the call from the service advisor, but I called back within two minutes but wasn’t able to get in touch with the service advisor even though I called multiple times and even left a message requesting a call back to discuss repairs that had been identified during the inspection. A few minutes later I received a text message indicating that the vehicle was ready. Extremely poor customer service from the service advisor.
Everyone was nice and my car got fix I am satisfied :)

Excellent service and recommendations provided by Maria and the team. She understood my needs and provided good solutions, that allowed me to fulfill other commitments on time while my car was being serviced.
I really like seeing a familiar face and I remember Mikayla from my last visit. She could work in a hotel because she is very attuned to hospitality and customer service. She listened to my needs, went over critical information, very great experience. I would say I got even better service with her than I do at the luxury car dealers.
I don’t think of anything I would do differently.
