Luis is an absolute professional. From the first meeting, he explained what the process would be to repair my car, asked if I had any other issues or concerns, gave the estimated time for repair and arranged a ride for me.
Later he went beyond expectations when he stayed after-hours to arrange a loaner car when my car repair was not completed to perfection. He even had my car washed before my pickup time.
All the extra efforts he puts into his job shows he cares about his job and clients.
Luis has been taking care of our cars for about 4 years. He is very professional, attentive, patient and always makes sure we are understanding and we are good with the decisions regarding the car. He treats us very very well, always very happy and friendly.
