Rudy was excellent! Explained everything that was going to done to my car very clear and went over the report when my car was ready. He even double checked to make sure I got windshield washer fluid because I had stated I was out. He also went above and beyond getting my son and I an Uber because it was going to take a couple of hours before my car was done. Rudy really went the extra mile and I'm so appreciative of that. Knowledge and customer service was outstanding! Thank you Rudy! You're the best!

I needed to repair a flat tire. I sat up an appointment for 3pm. When I set up the appointment I informed the representative that I purchased the extended warranty when I bought the car from Easy Honda but I was not sure if the warranty covers a flat tire repair but I would still pay for it if it was not covered. I arrived at the service center at 2:55 pm. I repeated this information to the representative when I checked in. He told me that they will take care of it and that it should take an hour to an hour and a half. I told him that I will stay in the waiting room until the repair is done. I waited until 4;35 without hearing anything from anybody. Then I walked over to find out that the person who checked me in is not my service representative and that I should be talking to Lean. I went over to her cubicle to ask her but was surprised when she told me that she still doesn’t know if the repair was covered by my warranty and she asked me for the name of the company I purchased the warranty from. Needless to say I was very disappointed and asked to see the manager. When the manager came I explained the situation to her but she coldly told me without any apology that although I bought the warranty from Easy Honda she does not have access to the information about my warranty. Then she said that because I have waiting for so long she was authorising the repair at no charge. That took an additional 45 minutes of waiting. Overall very bad and extremely disappointing experience

I really appreciate Brittnie working with me. She is very personable and professional. She even remembered my name from a previous service visit. She was able to manage all the many things that needed to be done to service my car, gave me the estimates, and applied discounts. When there was a discrepancy between estimate and the final bill, she was able to work with someone and correct it. That is important to maintaining trust with Easy Honda service and I appreciate that. She maintained an even temperament in what was probably an uncomfortable situation and did an excellent job.

Eric is by far the best for service than anyone I have encountered in the last 25+ years. I appreciate him giving me the whole picture of what is needed instead of coming back to me several times while I am waiting for my car telling me what is needed. It makes the wait shorter.
