A little concerning that I was told that my brakes in the back were three and a four and then when I got my inspection report from you guys, all of my brakes were out of six
Honda is my preferred brand. And I have always gotten excellent service at this dealer
I was happy with service and autogenerated updates. Time estimate was 2-2.5 hours to complete. After 4 hours, I could see my clean vehicle parked in lot. I waited 15 more min, then asked the cash desk person to collect my keys and I left rather than waiting for the “paperwork” to be done. If one service agent is so busy they cannot complete the work in the time it takes the mechanics to complete the service, perhaps fewer jobs per service advisor is recommended.

I think it’s absurd to pass the credit card service fee onto your customers. Especially one that purchased a $55,000 vehicle from you last year and gives you business for servicing. Otherwise the experience was good
