As always, the absolute best service experience. We drive 40 miles to service our vehicle for this exact reason. The tech explained to my husband the answer to one of his concerns. Love love love this dealership.

Was told it wasn't the battery since the dash lights were coming on. So had to have it towed to find out it was the battery. Plus I was told by someone before I took it there that you sell batteries for $185 and somehow it ended up being $237. I'm not impressed to say the least

We are grateful for all the troubleshooting done, even if there was no leak found. I hope that the money we spent on it wasn't just for the rainfall part only to not find anything wrong? It still is a puzzle as of to why there water stains on top of car interior. Sometimes at the service desk when you first walk in, no one looks up and says "be right with you", so it feels awkward to stand there not knowing who to go to. It makes one feel awkward to walk in knowing no one is going to greet you. I'm so sorry I hope that doesn't make me sound like a Karen. I do like everyone we come into contact with there. We are still grateful for Palmyiero and will buy our next car there.

My tires and brakes have been recommended to be replaced for the past 3-4 inspections and this inspection the brakes were fine but the tires were said to need replacing. They’ve never been replaced and are still the original equipment that came on it when bought new. I only mention this because the rear trailing arm bushings are said to be failing and need replacing so you can understand my skepticism. I am going to have them looked at today to confirm.

I reported the BSM sensor did not work correctly on the passenger side and that it only detected vehicles intermittently. I further stated this malfunction led me to running another undetected vehicle off the roadway. Toyota charged me the diagnostic fee, test drove the vehicle, could not replicate the issue, and did nothing further other than a visual inspection. I asked Service that if the problem persists would I be charged another diagnostic fee, to which I was told yes. I expressed my dissatisfaction to this reply since it was already reported as a malfunctioning sensor and left. I drove 30 miles home, passed eight vehicles, and the BSM did not detect 5 out of 8 vehicles passed. The issue was not resolved by Toyota yet I paid a fee for this and told I would be charged again if I bring the vehicle back for the same issue. If Toyota would have replicated the issue what would they have done to troubleshoot this and why wasn’t this done when me as the owner and primary operator reported it? I would be satisfied if Toyota took the vehicle back to properly troubleshoot this BSM malfunction and repair it and waive the 2nd diagnostic fee that I was told I would incur. I will await contact from Toyota confirming this. Thanks.
