I very much appreciated that he not only knew my name when I walked up to the desk, but he also corrected the lady next to him, very politely I should add, that my name is Nadine, not Natalie ( happens all the time, really, but was so considerate of him to politely correct her in front of me. It was very difficult to navigate this service process. I’ve never had this issue in over 20 years. I would get a text saying my multi point inspection issue required me to contact you and when I did no one could see the message I was sent. I was sent to so many voice mails on Thursday. Finally my husband I were able to talk with him at 5:00 pm and he went over the insoection and recommendations and the car had to be there another night. Not sure what is happening but I certainly do not want to use the automated system next time. I want to speak with a perso.

$80 oil change is too , too much. So is 5 dollar license plate bulb, $20 labor for 5 - 7 minutes. Thanks

The technician was not able to replicate the noise that I heard several times. He did check the suspension and drive train as I had expected he would, so I will not worry now. Everything else was excellent.

I don’t know who Matthew Izbinski is. I was never introduced to any technician. But I do know the after report did not indicate that a tire rotation was done and it should have been.

As usual, I was completely impressed with my recent service at Plamiero Toyota. Service dept. staff were friendly, Profesional and considerate about my time and comfort. The dealer and sales staff created me and the waiting area was beautiful and spotless. My vehicle's progress was documented every step of the way with texts and videos sent to my phone. Everything was completed in a very timely manner. In other words, the visit was everything I've come to expect from Palmiero Toyota. So, 3 Highlanders, 1 4 Runner and 3 Corollas later, I am forever a Palmiero customer.
