Process is good . Pic of car before good idea, service was about an hour wait not bad , -mat removed wish I had assistance in what to do to make the mat fit properly. No one went over the findings on the inspection .

Great service! Very accommodating, I showed up past the suggested or required time for drop off and they were still able to due my services. I even requested additional service of a transmission fluid change and they were still able to due the work and service in a quick and timely fashion. A++ Toyota always ftw!

I really appreciated the thorough look over of my car. I didn’t even realize the inspection was out, first of all. This was caught along with some other things that needed done, which was followed by speedy service and only 2 hours of my afternoon spent!

Palmiero has continually provided good service. That is why I have bought many vehicles and will continue to do so. I wish Toyota would add their 5.7 L V-8 back to their line up. The turbo V-6 is not a solution to their biggest vehicles. Why they would drop one of their best engines is a mystery to me. The engine recall of the 22 and 23 models should be a testament to this huge mistake.

She could not figure out why there was a difference between the bill sent to my phone vs the one she handed me I also asked her for a referral for body work (paint) and seemed confused and then did not provide her recommendations after checking me out Good thing Matt was there to help me out

When I submitted this last time it said the connection timed out. When I dropped my car off last week for work there was no rattle from the heat shield underneath the car. It got worse and worse until it was rattling all the time. I called to have you look at it and they did get me in the next day - appreciated. They fixed the issue and charged me $120 and told me it was a coincidence that it came loose after I asked if something was forgotten from the work the prior week. I haven’t seen bolts come loose when they’ve not been removed for 202,000 miles. If they said they rusted through that would be different. But the heat shield isn’t iron. It looked clean. I’m disappointed and feel like I’ve lost a little trust because it doesn’t make sense to me. I drive to Meadville from Erie because I trust your team. This just seems suspicious to me. Left a bad taste in my mouth I guess. The cost also seemed excessive.
