I waited 4 hours for my jeep to get inspected and a oil change done. I had a 845AM apt. No one told me as well as it wasn't clear that supposedly it was a drop off apt. Something I won't ever be able to do. As far as the inspection goes all I needed was a new windshield wipers. I also now have been charged twice for a oil change that was to be free when I bought my Jeep 2 years ago. Is recommend better condition all around

I think that someone that is 19 and has a lease vehicle and didn’t need a co-signer and pays their monthly payment on time every month should be allowed to be loaned a vehicle while the leased car in having service done. Also to make sure your service employees know what might be in a leased agreement with detailing and maintenance outline.

I dropped the vehichle off at 10am. After no update, I called to check on it at 3pm and had to leave a message. After no call back at 4pm, I called again and the service representative advised that it was not looked at. I had driven up from Butler County and was killing time visiting a friend. They provided a loaner, but I still had to drive back from Butler County to swap cars. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and service ok.

I had two new tires installed today as I had a nail in a back tire losing air. I don’t know why the tires were put on the front. When I asked at the counter, i was told for my car(Avalon), the tires needed to go on the front. I don’t know why. Also, when a tech discovered I had a nail or bolt in the back tire, she checked what the tread number was on my last service in March. It was a 5 rating - not real good but not warranting replacement. Was my tire repairable? What happens to the tires with a 5 rating? Was there trade-in value? Will the good tire be sold/reused? Since I just had the replacement this afternoon, i don’t know how satisfied I am as i just drove back home, about 4 miles. So far everything looks good. Thank you.

I am an amputee and was referred to your dealership by my prosthetist, Tammy McElhinny, for the installation of at left foot peddle. Previously, I had to travel to Pittsburgh and was pleased to find that you provided that service closer to home. Upon entering your dealership, I was greeted pleasantly by the service personal and directed to the waiting, which was amazing! I could not be more pleased with everyone that I dealt with and the quality of the installation. Jeffrey did an excellent job and made sure that I understood how to operate the electric pedal. I am a completely satisfied customer!
