I appreciate the immediate gratification as the process of getting my vehicle inspected for PA compliance. I also appreciated the vehicle check of fluids and tires as I will be taking it on a 2,000 mile trip in the near future. I feel relieved that’ll the mechanical systems were evaluated for road worthiness. Thank you to all involved with the process.

The staff at Palmiero are very professional and kept us updated on the progress of the service. We are grateful for the ability to get a loaner while our car is being serviced. We hope the parts for the recall are available when we get our next oil change since we live 30 miles away.

Toyota needs to be let known that they need to improve their door seals like it was on the Rav4 2013 that they had. It was disappointing to find out nothing could help with stopping the salt and stones getting inside the doors.

I was told in March when I was in for an oil change, that I needed brakes. And they could put the brakes on while I was there and put a new state inspection sticker on. I declined. My son put the brakes on and I went back yesterday, April 14 for the inspection. Now I'm told it needs ball joints to pass inspection. I don't have appreciate them telling me in March that I only needed brakes. So does that mean I would have been driving a full year with bad ball joints!!? So very wrong. Also the cost to do that work is double what other places charge. I've been a customer for years. Not any more

Had my truck scheduled for its 25,000 toyota care, oil change and a safety recall. I was assured all three would be completed as I had dropped my truck off the night before. When I called to ask if it was ready I was told the safety recall was not done. This is disappointing as now have to scheduled another appointment to get this done.
