When I made the appointment, I said that I would be waiting. When I checked in, turned over my keys, and signed the work order, the clerk knew I was waiting and directed me to the waiting room. When I got the walk around videos, the expected completion time was listed as 300pm. It was almost 330 when I received the next text asking for me to approve work. During that time I saw multiple customers come in after me and leave before me. When I did check out, the clerk stated everything looked good as she asked me to sign the paperwork. I said your paperwork says I need an alignment, how is that all good? She indicated because I declined the service. I then asked if a tire rotation should take over and hour and a half, and she said she didn't know I was waiting. I'm very disappointed in the apparent lack of communication between the person who checked me in and who checked me out, and that other customers who came in after me were handled before my scheduled 2pm appointment.

Not really,I went to Ohio to fill up gas tank and it took 15 minutes to start engine.the brake light fix didn’t seem to do the trick can’t pin point reason for not starting,seems to be related to filling gas tank from empty to fill,
