I’ve been a little surprised because it’s hit and miss with them telling me that my inspection is due there was a time you always told me and so it I was driving around because it expired. I’d really appreciate it if around that time of year you could just give me a shout out to get my inspection done One more thing. As far as my rotors are concerned, I think last year I had them inspected twice. I paid for it and my rotors were bad before my brake pads. I really don’t understand this when I bought the car. I had the initial brake pads for over 10 years and since then I’ve changed them with Toyota Three times the other times they told me they had to replace all of them and this time they just told me that I needed to replace two why was my inspections sufficient? I keep my car in the garage all the time.

My Highlander was there for 2 months for a no start they could not figure it out no I have to tow it to a different Toyota dealer not happy with the service at all $500 and they didn't fix anything
