I appreciate your time in diagnosing my van. I am frustrated that your technician looked at the broken wire, which took him a half an hour and then quoted me 2 hours to fix it; and at $123/hour. Especially during these times of high inflation. In my mind, if a certified Toyota technician can diagnose this issue in a 1/2 hour, there is something really wrong with taking 2 hours to replace a wire. Just my thoughts. Mark

April was very thorough in all the areas of the service on the repair order. She pointed out all the areas such as brake pad remaining. Very satisfied with the entire service team! Drive away with confidence!

Unhappy with service that required me to take a loaner car. I needed to go to my gym which is just around the corner and across from the state police barracks. But no one would run me in my vehicle. It took longer to check out a loaner vehicle than to have the agent run me the .6 miles. I already had arrangements for someone to drop me off afterwards. Wasted my time and the agents time.
