You always do a good job on the maintenance. The through inspection and topping off the tire pressure and washer fluid is appreciated. One time I had a problem before a trip and you helped me out of a jam on short notice. I have all the maintainance on our Toyota done at Palmiero.

We asked for the 35,000 mile service to be done. On arrival, the gentleman said 45,000 mile service, correct? No, 35,000. The paperwork we were given on completion of the work states 45,000 mile service done at customer's request with 35,009 miles on the odometer! As with every time we get something done at Palmiero, there's always an issue!!

Previous experience of a two hour wait only to be told that the car was not completed has resulted in a change of provider for our VNAA fleet maintenance. The car today was brought to you in error.
