I had to leave a message to initially set up my appointment. Waited half a day for someone to get back to me. I should be able to speak to a service rep right away. It appears Palmerio's standards have dropped and I am disappointed in all the years we have come here. Also, I do not like the texting or emailing about what is wrong with my vehicle. Pick up the phone and call me to discuss. You have lost the personal touch in doing this. In reference to the work done by the mechanic, that was very good. Please go back top the old way in contacting me.

I was charged more than I was told without my consent or approval for both my oil change and the additional work that was quoted to be done. I am anticipating a call Monday morning to issue a refund for the overage or I can just dispute the entire charge through Mastercard.
