I have had trouble in the past with your mechanics during a state inspection. I know how it works I have friends who have worked at dealerships the mechanic does not make money unless they find something wrong and some dealerships make them find something wrong. I have had that happen to me and I caught them last time I was in there, most people don’t even notice. I decided I would try you one last time so I did and you treated me good this time with no problems and very friendly service great job and well done. I feel a little better about coming in for service that I might not be comfortable or able to do myself. Thank you

We brought our new Tundra in with a concern regarding the quality of the ride and the suspension. The staff listened and took our concerns seriously & talked to us at length about our issues. After evaluating the vehicle, and discovering a possible source of the problem, corrective action was taken. I'm so happy our concerns were taken seriously, even though we only had 2100 miles on the vehicle. We were not given answers designed to pacify us or shut us up.
