I had a 2:00 "while I wait" appointment for oil change, tire rotation and inspection. At 3:45, after waiting 1 3/4 hours, I was informed that my car would need work to pass inspection. It took that long to learn this? And I was not told how much longer this work would take. Had to ask. My car was finally ready around 5:00. I just feel this could have been handled better and quicker.
