Outstanding service from check-in until the end of the appointment. Really liked the short video done by the technician as he pointed out different things that he noticed and recommendations that he had for my Tundra. I live about 5 miles from Toyota Erie, but I trust Palmiero for all of my service work and future Toyota purchases.

I was told my 60k tires only got 30k out of them before they are worn out. No asking why you just wanted to sell me new tires for $1,00. I do not believe Palmiero is concerned with the customers best interest.

I requested 15k Mike service and an oil change (knowing I’ll pay for that). When I checked in, I was scheduled for my 20k mile service even though I remember being offered that on the phone and declining. I corrected who checked me in saying I wanted the 15k but didn’t know to clarify I also wanted the oil change. When my vehicle was done (approx 40 mins later) an oil change had not been completed. I then had to wait almost an additional hour for my vehicle to be completed. In total I spent about two hours and was not offered any apology or explanation of my service whatsoever. I’m not typically someone who is going to complain about service, but this isn’t the first time I haven’t gotten what I’ve asked for from the service dept.
